At Mamaraya Limited, we are committed to delivering your handmade and personalized items safely and clearly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time means the time needed to prepare, personalize, make, check, and package your order before it is shipped.
- Handmade and personalized products may require additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If we need to confirm personalization details with you, processing may begin after confirmation is received.
2. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- United States, including all 50 states
- Australia
- Austria
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- The Netherlands
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- Denmark
- Finland
- Ireland
- Poland
- Portugal
- Sweden
We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order required to the countries listed above, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We do not currently ship to:
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam
- Restricted, sanctioned, or high-risk shipping regions
- Any country, region, or address that is unavailable at checkout
If your destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that address.
3. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the order date. Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before payment.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days after processing, free shipping with no minimum order required.
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing, $9.99 USD flat rate when available.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 8–16 business days after processing, free shipping with no minimum order required.
- Express Shipping: 4–7 business days after processing, $13.99 USD flat rate when available.
Europe
Europe shipping currently applies to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.
- Standard Shipping: 8–16 business days after processing, free shipping with no minimum order required.
- Express Shipping: 4–7 business days after processing, $13.99 USD flat rate when available.
Please note that shipping options may vary depending on your destination, product availability, courier service, and checkout settings. The final available shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout
For example, a United States order using Standard Shipping may take approximately 9–17 business days in total, including 2–5 business days for processing and 7–12 business days for shipping.
An Australia or Europe order using Standard Shipping may take approximately 10–21 business days in total, including 2–5 business days for processing and 8–16 business days for shipping.
5. Shipping Origin and Fulfillment
Orders may be produced, packed, or fulfilled through our production and logistics partners depending on product availability, destination, and shipping method.
Our business contact address is listed in the Contact Information section below. This address may be different from the shipping origin shown on your tracking information or package label.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link, when available
- The courier or logistics provider, when available
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@mamaraya.com with your order number.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges depending on your country or region.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Mamaraya Limited is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Carrier or courier delays
- High-demand periods, including holidays and promotional events
- Weather conditions, natural disruptions, or transportation interruptions
- Incorrect, incomplete, or high-risk shipping information
- Local delivery restrictions or regional service interruptions
We appreciate your patience and understanding during any unexpected delays.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before completing checkout.
Mamaraya Limited is not responsible for:
- Lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by incomplete shipping information
- Additional shipping fees caused by address errors
- Failed delivery caused by an unavailable recipient or incorrect contact details
If an order is returned, delayed, or cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
10. Address Changes After Order Placement
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mamaraya.com.
If your order has not yet entered production or shipment preparation, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed to a logistics provider, address changes may no longer be possible.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking:
- With family members, household members, neighbors, or building staff
- Around your delivery location, mailbox, porch, front desk, or parcel locker
- With your local courier or delivery provider
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may have limited ability to assist with lost or stolen package claims. We will still do our best to help you review the situation where reasonably possible.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mamaraya.com.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. After review, we will help with a remake, replacement, or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
