  • Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or material differences.
  • Minor variations in size, texture, placement, or handmade details may occur due to the nature of handmade production.
  • Personalized items may vary slightly from preview images or sample photos.
  • Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change without prior notice.

5. Personalized and Handmade Products

Many MamaRaya products are handmade or personalized based on the name, color, size, font, icon, or other custom details selected or submitted by the customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing your order, including spelling, capitalization, size, color, and other custom options.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mamaraya.com. If your order has not yet entered handmade production, we will do our best to update it. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full order amount shown at checkout, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges shown before payment.

All payments must be completed through the authorized payment methods available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency, and payment provider eligibility.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inventory or production limitations
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment failure or suspected payment risk
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete, invalid, or high-risk shipping information
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, processing times, delivery estimates, customs duties, and destination availability are governed by our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship to selected regions as stated in our Shipping Policy. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges depending on your country or region.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. MamaRaya is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

9. Returns, Refunds, Remakes, and Replacements

All return, refund, remake, and replacement matters are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because personalized items are made just for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mamaraya.com with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer a remake, replacement, partial refund, or full refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, free gifts, or special campaigns may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility, expiration dates, product exclusions, order minimums, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless we expressly agree.
